Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold by Raw Labz, all sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns after an order has left our facility.

Because our products require controlled handling and storage, once a product leaves our facility we can no longer verify that it has remained unopened, untampered with, properly stored, or otherwise maintained under appropriate conditions.

For safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, products that have been shipped cannot be returned to inventory or resold. This policy applies even if the product remains unopened or unused.

Order Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your cancellation or refund request is received before your order has shipped, Raw Labz may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, approve the cancellation and issue a refund.

If a shipping label has already been purchased or other non-refundable shipping expenses have been incurred, those costs may be deducted from your refund.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our final-sale policy.

Once Your Order Has Shipped

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or otherwise left our facility:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We will not accept the product back into our facility and will not issue a refund or exchange solely because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

The policy above does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another problem with the fulfillment of your order, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs, where applicable, so we can review the issue.
